Our return and exchange policy lasts for (7) days starting from the day you received your order, If (7) days have passed since your received your order, then we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

All items listed on Amaka Global are eligible for return or exchange within (7) days timeframe as long as the purchased item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also, It must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return or exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase usually sent to all customers via email during order confirmation.

There are certain situations where return or exchange are not granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in it’s original condition, e.g. damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange request.

If you request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within (3 – 5) business days.
